Biannual system checks
A cooling check in the spring and a heating check in the fall will help to ensure that your system is working properly when you need it. Our thorough service checks include changing air filters, washing condenser coils, checking refrigerant charge, and testing electrical components.

While you would normally pay $65.00 per system (heating or cooling) for our Energy Management Specialist to check your systems, resulting in an annual cost of $130.00. Our EMP Plan saves you $20.00 per year. Plus, as being one of our Valued Customers you also receive a 10% discount on service you may require during the annual agreement.
